*Closing Costs Incentive contingent upon and up to maximum lender approval

  and applied after any seller-paid closing costs.  Closing Costs Incentive must be

  taken in the form of a broker closing cost credit and must appear on the HUD-1 form

  at settlement.  Applicable to only owner-occupied homes.

**Closing Costs Incentive based on 3% co-operating commission.  If co-operating

   commission is less than 3%, deduct 20% from Closing Costs Incentive.

                          All incentives prior to January 1, 2016 are void.
